Mobility Matters Special - Why Trains Suck in America

I didn’t think I’d be doing a special again so soon! Unfortunately, I have been struck down with a heavy cold (not the other C word). So there will be no full newsletter for a couple of days. As usual, I will be posting links to some videos instead. Today’s is about trains in America.

One thing that is on my transport bucket list is to take Amtrak’s Empire Builder train across the North West of America. But let’s be honest, trains in America kind of suck. The last time I went on holiday there, me and my family attempted to take the train from Orlando to Miami. It took 5 hours, 1 hour more than if we drove it. As I understand, its not got much better.
