The mission to improve safety is never-ending

A bit of an odd choice this one from Facts in Motion. The subject matter is an incredibly rare event that has sunk dozens of unsinkable ships, and was not even measured until it happened to an oil platform in the North Sea in the 1990s. But it covers the subject brilliantly, and even explores some of the crazier alternative theories behind it.
